Recognizing that life is abundant with opportunities for growth and advancement, Richard W. Howard elected to practice law and became a licensed attorney in 2016.
Prior to attending law school, Richard enjoyed a 16 year career representing corporations and individuals in the commercial real estate market. His acute business acumen afforded him the opportunity to maximize occupancy and income for property owners via marketing efforts, negotiating skills, and managing tenant relations.
Richard earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is conferred upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis.
Richard has joined his father’s practice at the Law Office of Ramond W. Howard, P.C. and seeks to combine his legal training, business training, and real estate experience to provide high-quality client representation.
