A native Texan, Ramond W. Howard was born in the City of Houston and raised in the historic Third Ward community where he attended Jack Yates High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Southern University and obtained his Doctorate Jurisprudence from South Texas School of Law in 1979.
With more than thirty-five years of practice, Ramond takes the time to listen closely to his clients' needs and provides them with sound and effective counseling. He has a deep passion for fairness and justice, evident in his many years of tenacious criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
A resident of Missouri City, Texas, he is an active homeowner in his Quail Valley community where he and his wife of more than fifty years, Onadel Howard, enjoy residing.
The Howards are the proud parents and grandparents of three adult sons, one adult daughter, two grandsons and three granddaughters.
